Google Have Released Yet Another Chatting App Called Who's Down

Google has released yet another meetup app known as Who's Down. The release of this app is quite unexpected and surprising as there was no prior notice or rumour about the app.  This app was first spotted by 9to5 Google. The app has a very simple design with a toggle switch which you can switch on to let your friends know that you are available.

Once you slide the switch on, the app will show your status as "available" for 3 hours. You can now be able to pick from a list of activities to say you are down. By default, it is possible that some of the activities that people are usually "down to" do may not be available on the list, However, the app lets you browse what your friends are down for, and you can start a chat from within the app.

Who’s Down currently requires an invite to use. If you don’t have one, you can request one from the app. And again, I tried to download this app on Playstore and I was welcomed with the note that this app is currently not available in my Country (Nigeria).  But that is not a cause for alarm as I am sure that it will soon be available in Nigeria. Just Sign up for our newsletter so you don't miss out on the date. Also like our facebook page for regular update.
